HURRIKANE - Kane Alvarado

The Prodigy returns to Bear Hall! If you missed him at The First Annual Camp Street Blues Jam, here is your chance to come and experience this ultra-talented young man (15-year-old) known as the HurriKANE! 15-year-old Kane Alvarado is a self-taught Texas Guitar Slinger from Bryan, Tx. At the young age of 5, Kane began to play the guitar. Kane recorded his first EP at the age of 12 at 512 Studios in Austin, Tx. At the age of 13, Kane was named 1 of 4 PRS emerging guitar artists under the age of 18 in the USA. Kane has won musical scholarships and awards, "The Readers" Choice Award 22', and Cuter Award at the SRV Remembrance Ride and Concert. On April 13th, 2021, Kane received a proclamation from Mayor Nelson of Bryan, Tx. making April 13th, "Kane Alvarado Day". In addition, Kane is the youngest artist to be part of the "Songwriters Across Texas" podcast, featured and recorded at Arlyn Studios in Austin, Tx. Kane has opened and shared the stage with many award-winning musicians, as well as playing historic Gruene Hall, Austin Rodeo, Warehouse Live, to name a few. Kane has even caught the ear and eye of a few artists like Los Lonely Boys and Del Castillo, earning an invite to perform alongside them. Now with his first EP completed and singles available on all digital platforms.
